In short for international geeks:
- Get a job in the Silicon Valley
- Get your visa
- Organize your shipment - e.g. a container shipment with Arpin International, track the journey via Container ID
- Organize your temporary accommodation - e.g. via PriceLine or TripAdvisor
- Organize your rental car - e.g. via Kayak or VroomVroomVroom
- Get USD cash as starting capital, e.g. to be safe in Traveler Cheques or from within the US using a Maestro/Debid Card - to be able to pay the first weeks, first rent, deposit, car paydown, etc.
